Location: San Donato, Milan

Capacity: 5 days a week

Job Description:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of physical and virtual Servers (Windows/Linux)
  • Support in managing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Installation, configuration and update of server systems
  • Management of backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure business continuity
  • Management of tickets and second-level technical support activities
  • Documentation of technical activities and operational processes
  • Support for migration, update or expansion projects of the IT infrastructure

Required skills:

  • Previous experience in IT Support roles on server environments (min. 3 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
  • Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
  • Experience with monitoring tools (eg Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
  • Knowledge of backup and restore techniques (eg Veeam, Acronis)
  • Good command of English (technical and conversational level)
  • Ability to work in structured enterprise environments and international teams
