Job Description:
- Monitoring and maintenance of physical and virtual Servers (Windows/Linux)
- Support in managing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installation, configuration and update of server systems
- Management of backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure business continuity
- Management of tickets and second-level technical support activities
- Documentation of technical activities and operational processes
- Support for migration, update or expansion projects of the IT infrastructure
Required skills:
- Previous experience in IT Support roles on server environments (min. 3 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Experience with monitoring tools (eg Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG)
- Knowledge of backup and restore techniques (eg Veeam, Acronis)
- Good command of English (technical and conversational level)
- Ability to work in structured enterprise environments and international teams
