Overview

We're looking for a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. You'll design and manage integrations across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems, ensuring smooth data flow and compliance with security standards.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs

• Work with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Troubleshoot and improve integration performance

• Monitor integration schedules and logs

• Ensure data security and GDPR compliance

• Document integration processes and updates

What You Bring

• Solid experience with Workday integrations and tools

• Strong understanding of data models and Workday security

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and secure file transfers

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics

• Knowledge of Payroll integrations or IDAM services
