Receptionist - 100% vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• The reception has to be covered between 08:00 am and 05:00 pm - Monday to Friday
• Welcome and register clients and suppliers at Hitachi Energy HQ
• Badge Management including parking
• Answer and forward incoming mail and parcels from courier services

Your experience/knowledge:

• Candidates do not need previous experience. Any previous experience working on Reception is a big plus
• Fluent in German and have a good level of English
• Fluency in English and German

Your soft skills:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
