18 month FTC - £60k per annum - 2 days per week in the London office

Our not-for-profit client are currently seeking a Property Services Systems Business Lead to play a key role in this transformation - acting as a bridge between operational stakeholders and the project delivery team. The role will ensure that business needs are accurately captured and reflected in system design, implementation, and long-term adoption.

As part of a wider digital and operational transformation, the organisation is delivering a critical programme to upgrade its property services and asset management systems. This work aims to modernise processes, improve service delivery, and ensure that systems better support frontline and Back Office teams alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the project team to establish and lead business readiness activities for change and ultimately go live with support from the central PMO team
• Work with Property teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the go-live of the new systems
• Day-to-day leadership and co-ordination of business expertise to deliver the project
• Work with the Property team and Project team to ensure the project hits key objectives and realizes benefits as expected, including opportunities to modernize and streamline our property services
• Engagement & management with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to present change plans and persuade senior stakeholders and ensure successful transfer to BAU
• Provide expertise in business readiness from the project stage to post-implementation to operational BAU
• Engage proactively with IT colleagues and subject matter experts to ensure the new systems align with property policies and a positive user experience
• Work collaboratively and sensitively with policy and process owners to ensure changes are built and implemented sustainably
• Spotting strategic links between systems, processes, and policies and opportunities for wider improvements.
• Acting as the single point of contact for the subject matter experts into the project, ensuring their expertise is front and centre.
• To ensure expertise is considered at the right points in the development and implementation of the new model, and the wider change program of work
• Leading the testing of the new products, systems and processes within the project with process owners and end customers
• With the Project Manager, oversee writing governance papers/packs, communication products where appropriate with the SME's when key decisions may be required
• Ensuring consistency and accuracy of reporting is established
