Role: OT Security Expert
Location: Zwolle - 2 days/week onsite (with travel flexibility to Arnhem, Den Bosch & Weert)
Contract: Freelance - 6 months
Languages: Dutch & English (fluency required)
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and independent OT Security Expert to support multiple security-related projects. The role involves ISMS evaluation, physical and workplace security, and supporting the implementation of new ISMS tooling.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years in security/project roles in complex environments
- Strong OT knowledge (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, industrial protocols)
- Experience in OT, physical, and information security
- Energy sector experience is a plus
- Proactive, structured, and self-sufficient
- Fluent in Dutch & English
