Role: Senior Delivery Manager / Programme Manager Front Office
Location: London (Hybrid, Global Team Engagement)
Salary: Circa £150K + Bonus + Benefits

Known for delivering cutting-edge solutions across capital markets and front-office trading environments, the firm continues to invest heavily in quantitative technology and regulatory compliance programmes. As part of a growing Quantitative Analytics team, they are seeking a senior programme manager with experience delivering cross-regional, front-office change initiatives.

Key Skills / Experience:
• Extensive experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments
• Proven track record of delivering complex front-office change projects across the full delivery lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and risk measures, with an understanding of how financial instruments are priced and traded
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with Quants, Traders, Risk, Finance, and Technology
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional and global project teams
• Confident communicator with experience working with governance frameworks and executive stakeholders
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with remote delivery teams

Nice to Have:
• Expertise in FX and Equity Derivatives markets
• Experience with front-to-back regulatory initiatives
• Familiarity with external vendor engagement
• Experience managing budgets and financial oversight within major programmes

What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering front-office valuation and risk change programmes across all asset classes
• Managing strategic projects that improve risk reporting frameworks and support regulatory compliance
• Leading cross-functional project teams (Quant, Tech, Trading, Risk, Finance) across global locations (New York, Toronto, London, Hong Kong)
• Partnering with Quant teams and technology leads to drive delivery to time and budget
• Overseeing project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications at all levels
• Supporting the implementation of new products and ensuring alignment with front-office and validation frameworks
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices within the front-office change function
