IT Project Manager - Transformation Delivery - Outside IR35 Contract

Our sister company Stellarmann is looking for a contract IT Project Manager to join a key transformation programme for a global specialty insurer. Stellarmann builds expert teams to deliver high-impact technology and change initiatives.

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in commercial or Lloyd's market insurance, who can take ownership of project delivery from end to end, work within established governance frameworks, and keep complex programmes on track.

You'll be great for this role if:

• You have delivered complex IT or transformation projects in the insurance space
• You have hands-on experience managing risks, budgets, resources and stakeholders across matrixed teams
• You're confident working across internal teams and third-party vendors to keep delivery aligned with strategic objectives
• You're comfortable managing delivery to time, cost, scope and quality while navigating ambiguity
• You bring structure, clarity and calm to busy, high-stakes programmes
• You're happy being a visible and collaborative presence in a hybrid working environment

This is an Outside IR35 contract, and it is essential the successful candidate is available to join within a 2-week notice period.
