Role Title: Lotus Notes Engineer
Location: Scotland a preference, then offshore or UK
Duration: 3/6 months

Clearance required: BPSS & Financial Clearance - can only join after this is in place

Pay Rate: £443 GBP day inside IR35

Role Description:
Lotus Notes Engineer
Project: Programmatically identify where there may be redundant data held on Lotus Notes.
Skill set - high level as there are likely to be some adjustments made as the project moves forward.
Initial thinking is 3-4 months with a potential to extend if needed. - To be confirmed


Skills needed
Extensive experience with HCL Notes/Domino including strong skills in LotusScript and PowerShell
Programmatically interrogate around 1000 Shared Mailboxes and 200 Databases to identify where 2 million people are mentioned. The people need to be identified by name and a unique identifier. There is no standard format to how data is stored in the Mailboxes / Databases so will need to cope with different formats / language (eg unique identifier may be called different things). The data could also be held in attachments and not natively in Notes.
Produce the output into a format that can be analyzed by a business analyst
Programmatically delete the records identified as needing deleted
