Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to design, develop, and manage the infrastructure behind our Azure-based Databricks Economic Data Platform. This role supports critical functions like Monetary Analysis and Forecasting by enabling scalable, secure, and self-service platform capabilities for data scientists and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Deeply integrate and optimize Azure Databricks for performance and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI) and automate deployments.
• Manage containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and logging (Azure Monitor, Prometheus).
• Uphold strong security and compliance standards.
• Provide platform documentation and user support.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years in Platform or DevOps Engineering.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Databricks, and Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with tools like Ansible, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Relevant Azure certifications preferred
