Senior Full Stack Developer (C# .NET Core/Angular)
Poole/Bournemouth (Hybrid - 2 Days per week in office)
£50-55k + 10% Bonus + 10% Pension Match

This role cannot offer any form of Visa Sponsorship for applicants, nor can we consider PSW Visas at this time.

Your new company
I'm on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer, ideally with Angular UI skills to join an innovative R&D organisation working on projects that have a material impact on peoples lives with the support of a very experienced team behind you.

This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in their head office in the Poole/Bournemouth area (call for more specific location information).

Your new role
You'll be working to build tools to revolutionise and disrupt a 100 year old industry, they are involved in projects that touch smart technology, AI and Internet of Things, so it's a great modern environment to be joining. The Dev team needs to operate with the mentality of a start-up as they look to stay ahead of the ever-changing tech landscape.

The roles are full stack, building new scalable .NET Core microservice components and clean Angular UI modules, helping to break down Legacy monoliths which have supported them up to this stage of modernisation. With that comes the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and to push tools that interest you.

Previously part of a Global Powerhouse Engineering business, the company has retained the highest dev standards but now operates independently. If you're looking for the stability of a household name, without the bureaucracy associated with a corporate, then I am sure this will be of interest.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for strong Full Stack C# .NET Developers (5+ years' experience), ideally building Microservices using .NET Core. On the UI side they use Angular (though React or Vue and moving to Angular would be fine). They use SQL Server at the database level so this will be key.

It's an AWS environment, and they are big on Agile and collaboration, so these skills and an open communicative nature will be important and will be assessed at interview thorough a whiteboarding exercise. You should also be passionate about sharing your knowledge within an R&D team and mentoring more Junior colleagues.

You should be comfortable using Git, Jira and Confluence.

What you'll get in return
The benefits are market leading and include a 10% bonus scheme, 10% pension match, Flexible Working, 26 days holiday which rises over time and a flexible benefits package to opt in and select what suits you.

What you need to do now
At Hays Technology, we are shaping the future of recruitment. The rapid adoption of cloud, which is making customer interfaces more engaging and creating a seamless engagement with businesses, means that from the foundation of your organisation up, software developers are critical to success. As the competition for talent grows, we're ready and waiting to help developers really make an impact on organisations, so talk to us today. We are Hays Technology.
