SAP Delivery Lead - 6 months - Rate As Per The Market - Start ASAP

Please note this role requires 2-3 days onsite per week in the UK (either midlands or Greater London).

bluewaveSELECT have been engaged by a global organisation to identify a strong SAP Delivery Lead to oversee delivery execution and planning within a dynamic and complex SAP environment.

We're looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Lead with a proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery, demand and capacity planning, and resource management across internal and external teams - including both onshore and offshore models.

Experience Required:

• Strong background in SAP delivery leadership with experience in managing complex SAP programmes.

• Proven capability in demand and capacity planning, as well as delivery execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all phases.

• Experience managing mixed teams of internal staff, third-party vendors, and global delivery centres.

• Solid SAP functional understanding - ideally across multiple modules, with S/4HANA experience being highly desirable.

• Strong domain knowledge of Finance is of interest.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams at all levels.

• Capable of working in fast-paced environments and driving accountability across delivery streams.

• Must be able to start ASAP or within a short notice period.

Desirable:

• Exposure to large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes, ideally in complex global organisations.

• Experience working in multi-vendor environments with clear delivery governance frameworks.
