bluewaveSELECT is looking to engage a freelance Program Lead with experience of managing major digital transformation projects through a freelance, 12 month initial contract in the Amsterdam area.

Some of your responsibilities include

• Retail experience is highly desirable for this position
• Managing the client relationship and manage junior members of the team
• Leading complex and cross-functional programs and projects; oversee execution and coordinate dependencies
• Developing, plannig, and scheduling the development, introduction, communication, and maintenance of all projects
• Monitoring progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized
• Serving as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the governance team; communicate program performance
• Able to identify areas for internal improvement and implement changes
• Manage overall program or engagement activities
