• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Execute managed services projects such as service deployments, migrations.
• Transitioning services into production environments, collaborating closely with operational teams and ensuring service acceptance criteria is adhered to.
• Manage complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service design teams to understand client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project life cycle.
