Mission:
- Architect and oversee deployment of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) solutions
- Define data modelling, security roles, and business rules in Dataverse
- Design and implement integrations using Power Platform, Azure Functions, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Establish DevOps pipelines, release management, and governance on Azure DevOps
- Provide strategic guidance on CRM roadmaps, migrations, and performance optimization
- Lead workshops, stakeholder communications, and technical governance forums
Technical Proficiency:
- Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Strong Azure skills: App Services, Functions, DevOps pipelines, Azure AD integration
- Expertise in data modelling, security model design, and system integrations (REST/SOAP, Dataverse)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), monitoring (Application Insights), and cloud sizing
Desired Candidate Attributes:
- 8+ years of Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation experience
- Excellent English and French communication skills, with proven stakeholder management
- Strategic thinker with hands-on technical delivery capability
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure solutions a plus
Additional Information:
Candidate will be provided with a customer laptop and system access. Immediate start is preferred, and interviews will be arranged promptly.
