D365 Support Analyst
100% Remote Work - Must Have SC Clearance
Our client is looking for an experienced D365 Support professional to join their team on a short term basis to support with a piece of project work currently ongoing, the correct candidate must have a current SC clearance to be eligible for this role.
Key Skills:
- Triage and assess user-raised tickets to identify defects or configuration issues.
- Provide support for a live Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment.
- Perform system administration tasks including user setup, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Escalate technical issues to the external development partner when appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between internal users and the external development team.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and experience in defect triage.
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a new system with limited documentation.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Power pages experience useful.
