UKG Implementation Consultant - Remote - Long term contract - Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Implementation Consultant to support a high-impact UKG implementation project for a leading organisation. This is a hands-on contract role requiring deep expertise in UKG solutions (Workforce Central, Dimensions, or Pro), implementation best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Details:
- Job Title: UKG Implementation Consultant (Contract)
- Location: Remote (EU based preferred)
- Contract Type: Contract (6-12 months, with potential for extension)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of UKG modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, or HCM).
-
Work closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to capture requirements and configure the solution accordingly.
-
Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
-
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training as needed.
-
Ensure smooth data migration, integration, and go-live support.
-
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in delivering UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) implementations - preferably across multiple modules.

Strong understanding of workforce management, HCM, and/or payroll processes.

Experience working in a client-facing consulting or project role.
-
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with UKG Dimensions and/or WFC
-
Previous implementation experience in complex or global environments
-
Familiarity with integration tools and data mapping
-
UKG certifications (a plus, not essential)
