We are seeking an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Implementation Consultant to support a high-impact UKG implementation project for a leading organisation. This is a hands-on contract role requiring deep expertise in UKG solutions (Workforce Central, Dimensions, or Pro), implementation best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Details:

• Job Title: UKG Implementation Consultant (Contract)
• Location: Remote (EU based preferred)
• Contract Type: Contract (6-12 months, with potential for extension)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of UKG modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll, or HCM).

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to capture requirements and configure the solution accordingly.

• Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training as needed.

• Ensure smooth data migration, integration, and go-live support.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in delivering UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) implementations - preferably across multiple modules.

• Strong understanding of workforce management, HCM, and/or payroll processes.

• Experience working in a client-facing consulting or project role.

• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to evolving requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UKG Dimensions and/or WFC

• Previous implementation experience in complex or global environments

• Familiarity with integration tools and data mapping

• UKG certifications (a plus, not essential)
