BPM Developer - £415/day - Inside IR35 - 6-Month Contract - Hybrid (3 Days in London Office)

A leading organisation is seeking a BPM Developer to join their development team on a 6-month initial contract with strong potential for extension. The role involves building and supporting workflow-driven applications using BPM tools and the .NET stack.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in London. The contract is Inside IR35, paying £415 per day via umbrella.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in BPM/Workflow development (Metastorm, Appian, Camunda, Flowable, etc.)

• Strong C#/.NET development skills

• Experience with Oracle SQL and/or SQL Server

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

• Exposure to Agile delivery environments

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities

Nice to Have:

• Web application development experience

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, IIS, or network configuration

• T-SQL and PL/SQL Scripting experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support BPM-based business applications

• Translate business requirements into scalable, workflow-driven solutions

• Perform unit testing, QA, and deploy to production

• Support existing applications and troubleshoot across environments

• Work collaboratively with teams in London and internationally

• Adhere to structured change and release processes
