CRM Programme Manager (Salesforce)

9-month fixed term contract - up to £72k p/a - 2 days per week from London office

Our London based Not-for-profit client have an immediate requirement for a CRM Programme Manager to join on an initial 9-month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a Programme Manager with vast CRM implementation experiencing, ideally for Salesforce, within the public or not-for-profit sectors. The client are specifically looking at turnaround CRM programme specialists, who have come in to save programmes and ended up successfully delivering.

Essential skills and experience required for the CRM Programme Manager (Salesforce)

• Proven experience in programme management implementations of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent supplier management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Budget management and financial planning experience.
• Able to showcase examples of successful turnaround CRM programmes

Desirable skills and qualifications for the CRM Programme Manager (Salesforce)

• Professional certification in project or programme management (eg, PRINCE2, MSP, PMP).
• Experience working in professional membership organisations, higher education or organisations in the not-for-profit sector
