Our client - Local Government - is seeking the addition of an experienced ITSM Engineer as they implement a new ITSM tool. Reporting to the Service Management Lead, see key experience below:

• Full-cycle deployment, configuration, and integration of at least one leading ITSM toolset.
• Practical knowledge of core ITIL processes and the ability to embed best practice in day-to-day operations.
• Proven skills in data migration, workflow design, form building, automation/Scripting, and creating dashboards & reports.

This is a 3-month initial contract with a hybrid working model, primarily remote based.
