Are you an experienced Land Referencer looking for your next challenge? My client is a leading surveying company, expanding their specialist team in Birmingham.

This role involves working on major UK projects, ensuring accurate land referencing, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality data management.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven land referencing experience, including books of reference, order plans, and notices.

  • Strong geospatial data handling skills (preferably ArcGIS).

  • Experience with compulsory purchase processes (eg, Transport and Works Act, Compulsory Purchase Act).

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client liaison skills.

  • Leadership abilities to manage junior team members and resource planning.

  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
