Job Title: Scientific Writer (FUSE/Veeva | Pharma | Remote Contract)

We're working with a leading client in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector to find a Scientific Writer for a 6-month freelance contract. If you have deep experience in MLR processes and platforms like FUSE/Veeva, this could be your next exciting project.

Location:
Remote (Ireland working hours)

Duration:
6 months contract | ~40 hours per week

Start:
ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a vital role in preparing, annotating, referencing, tagging, and uploading creative assets into FUSE/Veeva for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review.

This includes:

  • Managing project intake and creating MLR entries in FUSE/Veeva
  • Accurately annotating and referencing assets to compliance standards
  • Applying proper tagging and linking to ensure traceability
  • Uploading assets and tracking review feedback
  • Coordinating with requestors and teams to meet SLA timelines (2-5 business days)

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Scientific Writing, Medical Content Management, or MLR submissions
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of FUSE/Veevatools and MLR workflows
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • A perfectionist's eye for detail and a structured, deadline-oriented work style
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with large-volume asset reviews (150+ assets annually)
  • Experience delivering complete annotation + reference packs
  • Background working in global pharma environments
