Our Insurance client is seeking a Portfolio Analyst for a hybrid 2/3 days a week in the office - City based role

• Own the design and execution of processes and protocols to drive the smooth running of the portfolio
• Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to promote the mission of the portfolio, troubleshooting any issues as they arise and driving standards and behaviours
• Support customers in navigating our framework, focusing on excellent customer service
• From time to time will support other colleagues of the Change Team on ad-hoc tasks and activities
