We have partnered with our client in their search for a number of dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of their End User Computing (EUC) solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap for services including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and customer engagement skills to ensure our solutions meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product life cycle for EUC services, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, and support to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, using data to drive decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the EUC space.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT or technology services.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
