Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take on a strategic role that combines Agile delivery, internal project management, and process support across development and platform teams. You'll be instrumental in aligning people, processes, and planning to drive consistent delivery and improve operational flow.

Your Role:

Agile Team Support:

• Facilitate team ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog sessions

• Track team performance and ensure action items are followed up

• Prepare and share monthly PI progress updates

Project Coordination:

• Lead a small portfolio of internal projects with multiple stakeholders

• Oversee timelines, risks, and communication across 2-3 agile teams

• Support onboarding and integration of new team members

• Document and report on delivery milestones

Process Oversight:

• Ensure internal delivery standards are upheld

• Identify blockers and recommend process improvements

• Monitor budgets in coordination with management

Planning & Alignment:

• Run PI planning sessions and follow up on goals

• Help teams stay aligned with broader objectives

• Escalate risks and ensure clarity around deliverables

Required Skills & Background:

Core Competencies:

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience

• Deep understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)

• Comfortable with frameworks like SAFe or similar

• Familiar with PM methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, etc.)

• Technically grounded with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent by experience)

Domain Experience:

• 5+ years in Change & Release Management

• 5+ years using JIRA and Confluence

• Hands-on experience in Scaled Agile environments

• Solid track record in stakeholder engagement
