Finance Transformation Manager

Are you a Finance ERP professional ready to help shape a new operating model for a global organisation?

We're looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in a major transformation project centred around the implementation of Infor (ERP background flexible). This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of future-state Finance processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Location: Budapest, Hungary - On-site 3 days/week for the first 3 months, then key stages
Contract Length: 18 months
Start Date: ASAP

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to define a new Finance operating model and process flows

• Guide the build of these processes into the new Finance ERP system

• Conduct in-depth, face-to-face workshops during initial project phase to capture business needs effectively

• Act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring successful delivery of system capabilities aligned to Finance objectives

• Strong experience in ERP-enabled Finance transformation projects (any ERP system background welcome)

• ACCA, CIMA, FCCA or ACA certified, very comfortable with the end to end process of core finance

• Proven ability to engage senior Finance stakeholders and lead workshops

• Great manufacturing/FMCG experience Make to order/Make to inventory process

• Experience with Infor is an added benefit

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment

• Willing and able to be on-site in Budapest 3 days/week for the initial project phase
