One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a highly experienced Target Operating Model Specialist to join the organisation on an initial 12 month contract.

Assignment Description

You will review, design and implement target operating models to multiple business units while reviewing system processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. You will also drive the creation of effective target operating models that realise the organisation's strategy and ensure efficiency across operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Experience of designing Target Operating Models within an organisation with multiple business areas.
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders to define and create a Strategic Target Operating Model across an organisation with a complex structure.
• Experience of working with change management teams to deliver and implement transformational programmes, including the delivery of significant digital transformations.
• Working with cross functional teams to deliver value to the organisation
• Relevant qualifications in business architecture, process design or management.
• Proven experience as a Target Operating Model Consultant or similar.
