An IT Solutions provider are searching for a Service Desk Analyst to assist with a 2 week record migration for a local NHS Hospital.
They are looking for multiple people to assist with the project who can work the following shift pattern:
2pm - 10pm
Key responsibilities:
Based in Cheshire
Rate - £150 - £175p/d Inside IR35
They are looking for multiple people to assist with the project who can work the following shift pattern:
2pm - 10pm
Key responsibilities:
- Logging tickets for issues or requests raised by end-users
- Distributing and guiding users through prepared support documentation
- Escalating any urgent or unusual issues as needed
- Providing first-line support during the migration period
Based in Cheshire
Rate - £150 - £175p/d Inside IR35
