Network Tech Lead

I am looking for a Technical Lead with strong Networking and security experience to help with a large scale digital transformation program. A background in central or local government is a must.

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of enterprise and campus networking architecture, including high availability, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and hybrid environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), QoS, network segmentation, zero-trust principles, and VPN architectures.
Deep knowledge of network project life cycle, including requirements gathering, capacity planning, migration strategies, and testing.
Familiarity with network performance management, logging, and telemetry tools (eg, NetFlow, SNMP, SolarWinds).
Understanding of network security principles (Firewalls, NACLs, DDoS protection, authentication frameworks).
Awareness of local government security standards (eg NCSC guidance, PSN compliance, ISO 27001).

The role requires being on site 4 days out of 5. There is no flexibility on this, please read carefully and only apply if you can do this.
