Be part of an exciting journey within the Segments & Propositions Platform, where your UX design skills will directly impact underserved customer segments. This role is primarily focused on app design across major banking brands, serving over 20 million users.
Who You Are:
- A passionate UX and product design advocate with a track record of delivering exceptional designs.
- live in Figma and Figjam, comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and facilitating whiteboard sessions and customer Focus is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects.
- A proactive innovator, always seeking to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
- An empathetic designer who prioritises simplicity, usability, and accessibility in all your work.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the discovery phase of UX design for travel/booking proposition
- Collaborate in design workshops and conduct competitor research to inform your designs.
- Create wireframes and journey maps that enhance user experience.
- Engage in user research to truly understand customer needs.
- Work closely with a dynamic design squad, sharing ideas and challenging each other.
- Foster a bold, positive, and inclusive team culture, contributing to shared success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting new concepts and gathering feedback.
