What You ll Be Doing:

• Helping track and manage IT equipment (like laptops and software) during our Windows 11 upgrade

• Keeping detailed records of what we buy, assign, and retire

• Assisting with software licences and approvals

• Working alongside experienced IT pros and external partners

• Logging updates and changes in our internal systems

• Supporting with setting up and collecting devices for new starters and leavers

• Spotting ways to make things run smoother

• Explaining tech in simple terms when needed
