Contract: Fixed Term (6 months)

Your Role:
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration functions of our service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing maintenance contracts and services, including obtaining quotes and identifying service failures.
  • Raising orders for parts and repairs, validating received goods, and updating the stock management system using SAP.
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and accurately regarding costs.
  • parcelling and dispatching equipment when necessary.
  • Administering internal and customer asset registers, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction through regular surveys.
  • Providing Helpdesk services to meet contractual requirements and prioritising jobs for engineers.
  • Supporting the management team with training records and arranging authorised training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Basic commercial/financial awareness.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in office software and service management packages.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and clientele.
