Working with the Head of Legal and Compliance for this leading Commodities firm you will be a key part of the project team delivering on a review and update of client contracts. This is initially a 6 month project with the potential to extend. Training and support is offered, commodities experience is not a requirement but useful.

The role will involve

Improving efficiencies in the firm's contract process ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are being met

Conducting audits and produce reports on the findings

Review commercial contracts and NDA's

Assist in streamlining workflows

Carry out monitoring of breaches and identify areas of weakness

Assist in providing compliance advice to the business
