Costello & Reyes Group Ltd has been engaged by its client, a global System Integrator, to identify an MS Teams intergration consultant who is SC cleared to support ongoing works ASAP.

MUST BE SC CLEARED

The main focus for the consultant will be on MS Teams integration, communication improvements, and process enhancements with focuses on expanding ServiceNow functionality to support better incident and problem management, with a special emphasis on MS Teams integration, communication improvements, and process enhancements. The core areas of scope include:

MS Teams Integration with ServiceNow for improved communication and automation.

Configuration and enablement of the GovNotify Spoke API for external notifications.

Addition of Major Incident Managers to the appropriate ServiceNow groups for access and notification purposes.

Enhancements to Problem Management workflows, including:

o Introduction of a Known Error Capture process.

o Expansion of the Problem View to include a Workaround field.

o Validation of the form layout (tabs and fields).

o Design and rollout of Problem Task Workaround Communications.

Key outcomes/deliverables:

Requirements Gathering and Project Planning

Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements.

Develop a project plan detailing timelines, milestones, and resources required for the deployment and integration, including potential impacts on existing workflows and processes.

Outline any impact to costs/licencing. For example, the GovNotify integration.

Addition of Major Incident Managers to the appropriate ServiceNow groups for access and notification purposes.

Testing and Validation

Conduct end-to-end testing.

Engage key stakeholders and end-users in the testing phase to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

User Access and Permissions

Ensure that users in relevant roles (eg, Incident Managers, Communications Leads) have access to necessary plugin features and Gov Notify API-triggered notifications.

Documentation and Training

Provide comprehensive documentation, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting guidance.

Conduct training sessions with teams.

Provide guidance on how to use new plugins.
