We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Programme Director to join their team for a five-month contract who has extensive experience delivering complex programmes in Financial Services.

Job Requirements

* You will be responsible for leadership across complex, global, Matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines.
* 12yr + commercial experience delivering complex programmes in FS Sector.
* CXO Management.
* Leadership across complex, global, Matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business lines.
* Highly effective communicator.
* Ensure effective coordination between workstreams, maintaining seamless integration.
* Agile delivery experience: The emphasis is on hands-on delivery rather than purely serving as an Agile evangelist.
* Experience in Financial Services/Banking.
* Know when to escalate issues and when to dive into specific workstreams.
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the programme's changing needs.

This role is pivotal to the strategic oversight and successful execution of complex programmes on the account.
