Senior Property Manager
£70,000-75,000 + 25% bonus
Hybrid 2 days a week in central London

Fuse are partnering with a growing UK-based organisation with a a long-term investment strategy backed by a major global asset manager. We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Property Manager to help scale and optimise operations, with 15+ sites and a decade of planned growth ahead this is a perfect time to join. This is a newly created role and would be a great opportunity to own and shape this area of the business

Role Overview

• Oversee property management, compliance, maintenance, and health & safety
• Manage service charge and lease processes
• Maintain accurate property data and contracts
• Support sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon targets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Key experience

• 5-10 years' experience in property management (RICS or TPI preferred)
• Strong lease and compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
