Skills/Experience:

• In-Depth Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (MCS, StoreFront, Provisioning) experience
• SCCM System implementation
• Update Windows 11 build as and when required
• NetScaler Gateway/Load Balancing/GSLB
• In-Depth Windows 11 image creation experience
• General application troubleshooting
• Office 365 (Office apps, Teams)
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• DNS
• DHCP
• App-V Package troubleshooting
• Excellent documentation skills
