Endeavour Recruitment has a freelance opportunity for a Fluent Dutch speaking Data Delivery Owner to join the Data & Analytics department.

Description
- Handle business demands (of epic scale): gather requirements, write business analyses, and produce functional analyses.
- Create prototypes (any form of visualization).
- Possess knowledge of the relevant domain (both business and data).
- Independently handle small data queries (like Express-style).
- Supervise and follow up on internal data demands (from concept to execution, staying within the data team).
- Demonstrate final products (from both business and data perspectives).
- Write and maintain end-user documentation.
- Manage and promote final products/data products (handle change management).
- Facilitate workshops within the domain on the use of data for better decision-making (inspire).
- Have basic knowledge of data (AI, data platforms, data governance, etc.).
- Create a data roadmap (linked to the business strategy) for the domain.
- Break down the roadmap into concrete demands.
- Clearly assess and express the value of concrete demands (business value), and be able to say no to customers if the value is too low.
- Perform post-calculation of a given demand (determine actual business impact).
- Lead, coach, and involve DDOs in the overall process.
- Supervise and follow up on external data demands (including those from IT or third parties outside BAC).
- Build a data community (both intra- and cross-domain), take the lead in content, with the aim of stimulating data-driven practices at BAC.
- Design basic data products - in other words, think in terms of building blocks to prevent (data) sprawl.
- Motivate people regarding the use of data.
- Senior DDOs continuously work on improving their operational processes through continuous improvement and actively follow new market trends and tools.
Required skills:
- Data expertise (data architecture, data products, AI)
- SQL knowledge
- Visualization skills (knowledge of Tableau or Power BI)
- Business acumen (strategy, roadmap)
- Business requirement analysis
- Project management
- Stakeholder management
- Proven experience as a business analyst in a similar environment
- Proven experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Proven knowledge and experience in various aspects of Project Management (cost, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)
