SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant - £540/day - 6 months - London/Hybrid

Must be eligible for SC Security Clearance checks (British National or Equivalent)

We are working with a business who require an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Consultant to deliver HR functionality to a major UK-based programme. This role will focus on the design, build, test, and deployment of key HCM processes, particularly around Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheet capabilities. The role is London-based with some travel locally (fully expensed), and will require 60-80% onsite presence depending on the project phase.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP HCM solutions including design, build, test, and deployment
Focus on HR Mini-Master and Time Booking functionality
Identify and implement SAP process improvements for operational efficiency
Run workshops and training sessions to promote best practices
Monitor project delivery, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met

Requirements:

Expert in SAP HCM - Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, and Timesheets
Experience with HR Mini-Master and Workflow Approvals
Intermediate experience with SAP Project Systems integration
Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and workstreams
Aerospace & Defence experience preferred (not essential)
