Pensions Consultant - Defined Contribution (DC)
Fully remote - open to candidates UK wide
Salary up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced Pensions Consultant to join their Defined Contribution (DC) Solutions team. You'll play a key role in delivering tailored consultancy services to a diverse client base, helping them remain compliant, competitive, and focused on strong member outcomes.
What You'll Be DoingManaging your own portfolio of DC clients, providing high-quality advice on scheme design, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
Supporting the delivery of trustee and governance services, including technical reviews, strategy discussions, and member communications
Collaborating with internal teams (including investment consultants and administrators) to deliver holistic solutions
Monitoring market trends and helping clients respond to changing legislation
Preparing and presenting reports, technical papers, and scheme updates
Participating in business development activity and supporting new client pitches
Experience needed:
Proven experience advising on Defined Contribution pension schemes
Strong understanding of TPR regulatory requirements, governance, and investment design
Ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Confident in client-facing and trustee-level engagement
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ideally experience from a consultancy
Experience at Senior Associate or Consultant level
