You've likely played a key role in implementing solutions that have made a measurable impact across large organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments where engineers and stakeholders come together to build smart, sustainable systems.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Improve and manage applications with unstructured data, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive

• Enhance compliance and security in services to ensure they're future-proof and efficient

• Empower internal teams to take ownership of their data and environments

• Reduce the risk of data oversharing and solve complex authorization issues through education and awareness

• Automate and optimize life cycle management processes using data insights and technical policy implementations

• Bridge the gap between business and IT, development and operations

• Apply hands-on Microsoft 365 knowledge to address modern challenges such as data growth, Co-Pilot integration, and oversharing

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or DevOps Engineer with a strong analytical background

• Proven knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business

• Confident communicator who challenges ideas constructively to achieve optimal outcomes

• Action-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Fluent in English and/or Dutch at a professional level

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with a base in Utrecht
