Job Title: Change Manager (Contractor)
Location: Geneva/London with travel
Contract Type: 6 months with opportunity to extend
Rate: 750-900 CHF a day

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager (Contractor) to lead the organisational change effort for the rollout of a Metals CTRM platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations during the transition. The ideal candidate has extensive change experience in commodity trading houses.

This role will involve the development and execution of a comprehensive change management and communication plan, closely aligned with the overall project timeline. You will be tasked with analysing business processes, identifying areas of resistance, and designing mitigation strategies to foster stakeholder buy-in. Your ability to build trust and clarity across user groups will be critical to success.

The Change Manager will coordinate with the Programme Manager to communicate feature updates and changes, while working alongside the project manager to align change milestones with delivery objectives. You will engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, managing expectations and promoting readiness for go-live.

You will be expected to deliver user training materials, lead targeted training sessions, and track adoption through defined metrics. Post-implementation, you will collect and analyse stakeholder feedback and refine support strategies as needed.

Key deliverables include a tailored change management plan, communication materials, user training content, adoption tracking reports, and feedback surveys.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the commodity trading industry, preferably concentrates & metals experience.
