Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant - Field Service

A leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant with strong experience in Field Service. This innovative consultancy is well-known for delivering cutting-edge Microsoft solutions that drive real digital transformation for clients across multiple sectors.

You will play a key technical role in the delivery of end-to-end CE and Field Service implementations, working alongside functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders to bring business requirements to life through scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Design, configure, and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, particularly Field Service modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans.

• Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with third-party systems.

• Provide technical leadership across project phases including development, deployment, and support.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, particularly with Field Service.

• Strong technical background in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), JavaScript, C#, and Azure services.

• Hands-on experience with integrations and data migration in D365 environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and customisation frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or within a team.
