Front End Tech Lead (Vue.js)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Front End team, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
• Design scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with product goals
• Ensure code quality and development best practices through reviews and coaching
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across Front End systems
• Drive adoption of modern tools and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years in software development roles
• 2+ years in a lead roles
• Strong experience working with Vue.js (2/3) and Tailwind CSS
• Strong API integration experience
• MySQL and relational DB experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Cypress
• Experience in Agile (kanban/scrum) environments
