Promote the Plumbing Program: Actively promote the plumbing program across the prison, generating interest and demonstrating the real-world applicability of the skills taught.

Collaboration with Prison and External Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with education staff, residential officers, and employability personnel and employers, to support holistic development for each learner, ensuring a successful transition from education to employment.
