Role description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM's automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. Within this role we expect the successful candidate to refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritise the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM data driven solutions. Within this role we expect the successful candidate to define and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritise the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The initial focus will be around our Business Intelligence Capabilities.

They will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data assets, starting with Business Intelligence/Dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of IAM (or other contrls) and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product life cycle management.
