Role: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: London - Travel to Reading
Rate: £620 inside IR35
Immediate start and 5-6 months

Job description -

As a S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for Design, Build, Test and Deploy HCM functionality to the Client. Your role will involve defining SAP Solution for managing defined processes to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is required. Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management and Timesheet functionality is mandatory. Additionally, expert proficiency in Human Capital Management Applications, intermediate proficiency in SAP Project System integration. Experience of A&D is preferred.

• HR Employee Mini-Master; Time booking
• Identify and implement SAP process to enhance operational efficiency for Timesheet
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables and compliance requirements.
