The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Consultant to support our client in the manufacturing industry with eliminating a backlog of master data. You will be working closely with operational teams and managing complex BOMs (Bills of Materials) and variant configuration within an SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly analytical, and comfortable working across departments to improve data quality and processes. Affinity with technical environments and willingness to mentor junior staff is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear the backlog of material, customer, vendor, and BOM master data
• Manage and optimize BOM structures, including variant configuration
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in S/4HANA Cloud
• Support key users in navigating and using SAP effectively
• (Nice to have) Provide guidance or mentoring to junior team members

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP MDM Consultant
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
• Deep understanding of BOM management and variant configuration
• Technical affinity and experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
• Proactive and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Coaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
