Pensions Administrator

Location: Liverpool

Type: Hybrid - 3 Days

Salary: Up to 27K DOE

Are you an pensions administrator ready for your next challenge?

Our leading client is expanding their pensions team and bring your expertise to a flexible environment where your skills are valued, your ideas welcomed, and your professional growth supported.

We're looking for someone with experience within pensions administration especially across DB and DC schemes, to deliver high-quality service to our clients, members, and trustees. You'll work on a broad portfolio of schemes, handling everything from day-to-day operations to complex calculations and scheme events.

Your Role will Involve:

  • Managing a variety of schemes including both BD and DC, accurately and timely updating to member records

  • Handling Cradle-to-grave pension events including retirements, transfers, deaths, and more

  • Answering and resolving member and client queries with clarity and professionalism

  • Carrying out complex calculations and peer reviews with a sharp eye for accuracy

  • Supporting and coaching junior colleagues while contributing to process improvements

  • Ensuring compliance with scheme rules, current legislation, and GDPR requirements

  • Collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines, deliver service excellence, and continuously enhance operations

Your Experience:

  • Experience in DB, DC, and CARE pension arrangements

  • Confidence in interpreting scheme rules and legislation

  • Strong calculation, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • A proactive, team-focused attitude and a passion for quality

  • The ability to manage priorities, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines

  • A desire to grow your knowledge and share best practices
