Salesforce Developer - We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 6-month contract (with likely extensions). This is a mostly remote position, working on a critical project requiring Salesforce Service Cloud expertise.

Security Clearance Requirement

The successful candidate must be eligible for NPPV3 clearance (Current SC Clearance would be a huge advantage)

• Vetting typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your background and any additional checks.

• You must have resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK (eg, British Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, etc.).

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Salesforce development

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration, including:

  • Lightning page layouts

  • Email/routing setup

  • Custom object definitions

  • List views and dynamic forms

• Experience building sites using Salesforce Experience Cloud

• In-depth knowledge of out-of-the-box Service Cloud features, such as Entitlements and SLA Management

• Advanced proficiency in building Salesforce Flows

• Strong development skills in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Proficient in Salesforce Apex

• Familiarity with Git for version control

• Experience using Salesforce SFDX and Visual Studio Code

• Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with Jira task management

• Hands-on experience with DevOps deployments and CI/CD pipelines

Desirable Skills

• Advanced Apex development, including:

  • Invocable Flow actions

  • Batch Apex

• Knowledge of AWS services such as:

  • API Gateway

  • Textract

  • Rekognition

• Experience configuring Salesforce email, including:

  • DNS

  • DKIM

  • SPF
