Job Title: Product Owner - E2E Finance Lease

Location: Remote with 5-10% onsite (Mannheim - Germany & San Francisco - USA)

Duration: June - 31 Dec 2025

Hours: Full-time, some overlap with US hours

Candidate must be based in Europe or the United States, with willingness to travel 5-10% onsite to Mannheim (Germany) and San Francisco (USA).

Overview:

Brabers is looking for a technical Product Owner to lead the development of a Finance Lease solution integrating SAP S/4, Conga CPQ & CLM. This role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, driving cross-functional alignment between Commercial and Finance teams.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner in a technical setup
• Strong understanding of finance lease processes
• Solid expertise in SAP S/4 (Conga is a plus)
• Ability to gather requirements & write technical user stories
• Strong stakeholder management & Agile experience (Jira, Confluence)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse finance lease requirements.
• Create and prioritize product backlog and user stories.
• Liaise between stakeholders and development team.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure quality delivery.
• Support Agile processes and technical integration of Conga CPQ/CLM.

Must Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in technical projects
• Strong knowledge of finance lease processes
• Expertise in SAP S/4 systems
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into technical specs
